This is: the job A rare and exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Change Leader, on a 6 month, Melbourne based role, to take ownership of a broad and influential Organisational Change Management function at the enterprise level. Working closely with Technology, Innovation & Change, this role will shape how a leading national organisation navigates business-as-usual change, major transformation programs, and everything in between. You'll be the key driver of the Organisational Change Management function, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic influence across enterprise-wide initiatives.From framework development and stakeholder engagement to capability building, training coordination and resource management, this role is suited to a dynamic, people-first leader who thrives on shaping the change experience. This is: what you'll do Lead the OCM function across BAU and project environments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Evolve and embed a company-wide OCM framework, tools, and practices Oversee change for transformation programs, operational initiatives, and people-driven change Manage and mentor a team of OCM Managers, Change Analysts, Trainers, and Communication Specialists Drive training delivery for both project-specific and ongoing tech enablement needs Align with Programme Governance, PMs, and Stream Leads to ensure OCM input across the project lifecycle Lead communication planning and work with internal comms specialists to deliver messaging across business units Coordinate change champions, forums, and cross-functional collaboration streams Manage OCM budgets and provide forecasts, resourcing support, and performance insights Evaluate OCM success through measurable outcomes, audit reviews, and continuous improvement This is: what you'll need Extensive experience leading Organisational Change Management in complex, matrixed environments Proven success delivering OCM in project and program delivery contexts Deep understanding of change frameworks, resistance management, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy Demonstrated leadership of high-performing change and training teams Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and across diverse business units Strong commercial mindset with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferredProsci or equivalent change management certification highly regarded This is: the perks Strategic ownership of a nationally scaled OCM function Influence business transformation at both a strategic and operational level Collaborative leadership team and strong executive backing Hybrid flexibility and people-first culture with a long-term growth focus This is an excellent opportunity, working alongside a team of highly regarded Consultants, in a collaborative team environment. ?Please apply now or send your CV directly to
