An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced customer service staff member to join our team servicing our Kip McGrath clients. The role is a casual role starting with 25 hours per week, with an opportunity for extra hours. The role is an incentre role, at our Kip McGrath Belconnen centre.



Monday-Thursday 2.00pm-7:00pm
Saturday 10am - 2.40pm





ABOUT THE ROLE



We are currently looking for a self-motivated team player, who wants to make difference in the lives of children, to join us at our wonderful team at Kip McGrath.

Founded in 1976 in Australia, Kip McGrath has been helping primary and secondary school age children all over the world to improve their learning. With over 560 centres globally, we know what works. You will be part of the team supporting our Customer Engagement Manager in providing exemplary customer service to all clients, handling enquiries for existing customers across Australia and New Zealand, providing basic technical support for students in online lessons and providing administrative support to maintain and manage student records and financial accounts.

This role also involves some general office management such as; accepting deliveries, restocking stationary/paper, escalating building issues etc.





ABOUT YOU

* Competent keyboard / computing and systems skills
* Exemplary customer service techniques on emails and phones calls – both inbound and outbound
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work independently
* Compassionate people person
* Experience in a service-driven organisation.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Contact centre experience is highly regarded



REQUIREMENTS

* Must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident
* Hold a current WWCC -working with children check
* Laptop and headset to take calls
