About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Digital Transformation Analyst to enhance AAS's operations by optimising systems like Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, improving business processes, and managing reporting, automation, and integrations (e.g., Google Workspace, WhatsApp). The role involves handling sensitive data, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and may include occasional business trips to Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
Key Responsibilities:
● Analyse existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for
improvement and ensure alignment with project objectives.
● Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM modules (Leads, Applicants,
Applications, Accounts, etc.).
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Education and Migration
Consultants, Accounting team, and the Recruitment and Marketing Manager—to
gather and translate business requirements into Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
solutions.
● Perform System testing, identify system gaps and recommend enhancements to
improve user experience and efficiency with direct managers.
● Work and communicate with Zoho support to resolve complex system issues.
● Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot issues, and develop user
manuals, training materials and conduct training sessions to end-users.
● Develop reports, dashboards, and automation workflows to support business
insights and decision-making to the management team.
● Ensure data integrity and drive best practices in CRM data management.
● Support CRM and Books integrations with other systems like google, Whatsapp
communication, and support tools.
● Work with the Technical Team based in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.
● Assist, select, and work with Vendors. (etc., Launching WhatsApp AI)
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a
related field.
● Industry Background in education consulting, with a solid understanding of the
education and migration sectors.
● one year of experience in business analytics or CRM Specialist preferably within
the education and migration industry.
● Proven experience working with Zoho CRM, including workflows, Automation,
and integrations.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to document functional and technical
requirements.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Zoho Analytics, Excel, etc.).
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Cantonese,
Mandarin, and English.
● Australia citizen and Permanent resident only
● Excellent Skilled at multitasking, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing in a fast-
paced setting.
