The Customer Service Ambassador plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring passenger and driver safety, and fostering positive community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer support and assistance to passengers
* Educate customers about ticketing products and network information
* Participate in community outreach programs
* Verify customer payments and issue notices as necessary
* Maintain a visible presence onboard bus services to enhance passenger and driver safety
* Complete daily reports on activities and incidents
Requirements:
