* Providing end-to-end administrative support to the sales team
* Assisting in the operations of open homes and private buyer inspections
* Researching and identifying new listing opportunities
* Daily support of sales-based activities including phone prospecting
* Coordinating site meetings and building inspections
* Managing social media and other platforms of advertising
* Maintaining and managing all data entry into CRM and sales software
To succeed in this role, you will require:

* Advanced skills in MS Office
* Current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or Real Estate Licence
