We currently have an opportunity for a trade‐qualified plumber to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland's national portfolio, with multiple sites across the area. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high‐quality outcomes for our client and our communities.
What You'll Do
* Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and fault finding across shopping centres.
* Respond promptly to plumbing issues such as leaks, blocked drains, and hot water system faults, prioritising resident safety and comfort.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise disruptions.
* Liaise professionally with residents, staff, and contractors while working within occupied homes.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance work and report any risks or compliance issues.
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant Australian standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
What You'll Bring
* Current Plumbing Licence / Contractor Licence (Plumbing) issued by NSW Fair Trading.
* Trade qualification: CertificateIII in Plumbing (CPC or equivalent).
* Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, repairs, and fault finding.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards and compliance requirements.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple jobs.
* Strong problem‐solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and the ability to communicate effectively.
* Prepared to undertake necessary pre‐employment checks, including a National Police Check and medical examination.
* Working with Children's Check – mandatory.
