About your new role...
Due to our continued growth and evolution in our Security function, we have a great opportunity to join our team in this role of Security Team Manager.
On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for safeguarding CCEP assets, supporting our state Security Manager and be the conduit between the security services supplier and CCEP.
You will navigate and respond to emergencies and security incidents if/when they arise and assist in investigative activities.
This role may entail some domestic travel to support other sites, however, this is very limited if at all.
What will you be doing?
Support the planning, management, and delivery of security operations, risk assessments, and site audits across CCEP facilities, leveraging in-house and contracted teams to protect operations, infrastructure, and assets.
Assist in reviewing and auditing security systems, physical sites, and related policies to identify risks and improvement opportunities; develop business cases, recommend solutions, and lead approved projects.
Respond to and manage emergencies and security incidents, including supporting investigations as required.
Help lead and develop contracted security teams to achieve high performance in collaboration with their management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance security services and profile.
Deliver training and awareness programs to improve security and fraud risk awareness.
Contribute to the development, implementation and enforcement of local and national asset protection strategies.
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with information management practices.
Be available as the nominated after-hours contact for security matters.
Let's talk about you...
Current Security Licence (state-issued) and unrestricted Driver's Licence.
Certificate II & III in Security Operations and Apply First Aid (minimum).
Minimum 5 years' experience in security and asset protection within the private sector or a government agency.
Strong knowledge of security and asset protection processes, including security system management.
Experience in large FMCG or similar environments across Distribution Centres, Sales Offices, and Corporate Head Offices, with understanding of facility security and fraud risks.
Ability to apply asset protection standards across a large organisation.
Critical thinking skills to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and develop strategic, operational, and lateral solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
