The Role
This is a high-impact, end-to-end design role.
You'll own UX/UI across multiple product, from discovery through to delivery shaping how millions of users experience our platforms.
We're looking for someone who moves fast, thinks commercially, and uses AI to design smarter, not slower.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end UX/UI design across all products
Use GA4 + product data to improve conversion (enquiries, sign-ups, engagement)
Rapidly prototype using Figma + AI tools
Own and evolve our design system
Work closely with product, engineering & marketing
Be a strong voice for the user
What You Bring
Senior-level UX/UI experience across web + mobile products
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design
Data-led mindset (GA4, Hotjar or similar)
Fast, adaptable, and comfortable shipping work
Highly collaborative
AI Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
You're already using tools like Figma Make, Replit, Claude (or similar) to:
Generate concepts
If AI isn't part of your workflow this isn't the role.
