What we're looking for
You bring compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to empowering clients to live their best lives. Along with a current AHPRA registration, you'll have:
* Minimum 12 months general nursing experience with strong assessment and chronic disease management skills.
* Aged Care or Community experience (highly desirable).
* A passion for client-centred practice and collaborative care.
* Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
* A valid full Australian driver's licence.
