Administrative Support Specialist Role
This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple priorities.
* Experience in administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or community programs is essential.
* A strong communication skillset with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders will be beneficial.
* Tech-savviness using Microsoft Office, virtual care platforms (e.g. HealthDirect), and adaptability to new systems are key requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Facilitate and oversee virtual case conference clinics.
2. Manage diary bookings, travel arrangements, documentation, meeting prep, and KPI reporting.
3. Liaise with GP practices and external stakeholders across the Hunter New England region.
4. Onboard patients from the waitlist and coordinate program communications.
5. Provide logistical and administrative support for education events and clinic delivery.
