**About the role**
Our client is seeking an experienced Tester to assist with designing, developing and enhancing the Test Automation framework for Infrastructure Automation toolset, including developing and maintaining the regression suites. As the tester you will then also utilising these as part of the testing process. You will also be required to work closely with the teams to guarantee thorough testing and you will be reporting to a test manager.
**About You**
- Has experience as a Senior Automation Test Analyst/Automation Test Analyst
- Contribute towards defining a Test Automation framework and the automation of manual testing tasks
- Experience with Visual Studio code and C# solution
- Automated Functional Testing and Integration using MsTest
- API Testing and automation framework using C# and be familiar with Gherkin syntax
- Identify and automate manual test cases where necessary.
- Take ownership, plan and execute both functional and non-functional tests as per the SLA and within agreed timeframes
- Good knowledge of CICD pipelines and Microsoft tools (e.g. Microsoft Test Manager, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS))
- Develop a sound business understanding ensuring tests are defined and developed
- Keep Agile Team members and reporting manager regularly informed of progress on testing, and of any risk to meeting release timelines or quality standards.
