Machine Parts Coordinator

You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within our service team while keeping our customers' machines running smoothly.
Your tasks will include handling sales, receiving and delivering parts, and managing attachments and merchandise. You will promote and sell products to meet customer needs, supply Service Technicians with parts as required, and research and interpret parts requirements.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for:
* Inventory Management: Place machine down and stock orders, verify receipting-in of shipments, and assist with delivery to proper inventory locations.
* Display Management: Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
* Part Quality Control: Inspect parts for damage or defects and ensure they are properly stored.
* Reporting: Follow up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain current product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills.
* Basic knowledge of data entry and machinery.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team.
* Ability to follow safe work environment procedures and operations.
* Forklift license is preferred (we can help you with this).
