Recruitment Consultant – Sunshine Coast
Salary: $70k – $90k + superannuation (commensurate with experience and capability)

The Opportunity
We're experiencing strong growth and are on the lookout for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Sunshine Coast team. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping a talented and reliable workforce that makes a genuine difference in people's lives every single day.
We recognise the importance of work-life balance. That's why this role offers the option of a 4-day work week (where possible). What You'll Do
* Lead recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality aged care and support staff.
* Build strong relationships with training organisations, universities, and other stakeholders to attract and source new staff.
* Implement innovative candidate attraction, engagement, and retention strategies.
* Coordinate onboarding, rostering, and workforce planning with precision and care.
* Provide exceptional service and support to both employees and stakeholders, ensuring positive experiences at every step

About You
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare, nursing, or aged care.
* Demonstrated ability to source, engage and retain top talent.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication and customer service skills.
* Highly organised, adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment.
* Energetic, motivated and passionate about delivering quality care outcomes.
Requirements
* Strong computer and administrative capability.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
* Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
