**The role**:
Join the Leisure and Lifestyle team at Coniston to provide and promote leisure activities that will engage resident participation. You will bring your innovative and creative style to develop recreational activities that both stimulate and provide entertainment for all residents. Our Coniston home has 59 beds, It is Nestled amongst beautifully maintained grounds adorned with raised flowerbeds, featuring Australian native plants. It is conveniently located just two kilometres from Wollongong, with a happy supportive team environment.
**To be successful you will need**:
- A Certificate III in Leisure and Health (or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to implement innovative programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
