With 22 residential aged care villages and 20 retirement villages located across NSW and ACT with complementary home‐care services in most of these locations, we provide an important and valued service to older community members in the Holt, ACT.
Your role will involve:
* Supporting clients with their daily living, personal care, general house cleaning, shopping, respite and social support and other requirements specified in their care plans.
* Following the client's support plan and reporting any changes observed to the Care at Home Coordinator.
* Providing basic clinical care, including wound dressing, assisting with medication delivery, and recording basic clinical observations.
* Liaising with families and health professionals to ensure all client needs are met.
You will bring:
* A Certificate III in Aged or Community Care (required).
* Previous experience within the aged care sector.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Full Australian Driver's Licence and comprehensive car insurance.
* The ability to work weekdays and weekends.
* Right to work in Australia.

You must have or be able to obtain a current National Police Check and be willing to undergo a Pre‐Employment Functional Assessment to be considered for this position. All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
