Our client is a leading supplier of a range premium vehicle protection products to the Australian fleet and novated leasing sector. Tailored to suit a large range of vehicles in the Australian market, they have local manufacturing capabilities and their range includes high‐quality interior/exterior protection solutions, designed to maximise vehicle longevity and residual value.
With established partnerships already in place and continued growth across FMO's Corporate Fleet and Novated Leasing businesses they are now seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive strategic expansion and growth across key partners and new business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a national portfolio of fleet, novated leasing, and corporate partners, and represent the business at industry events
* Drive product adoption across partner programs and identify new product & expansion opportunities
* Deliver product training, presentations, and sales support
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to revenue and margin targets
* Act as the primary contact for senior decision‐makers across partner organisations
* Collaborate with internal sales, operations, logistics, and customer service teams
* Monitor account performance, reporting, and commercial outcomes
About You
* Background in fleet, novated leasing or automotive aftermarket
* Proven experience in key account management/business development
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Confident presenting to senior leaders and influencing buying decisions
* Highly organised, self‐driven, and comfortable managing a national portfolio
