As a Demi Chef, you will be showcasing your skills as part of an exceptional kitchen team, bringing new top-tier menu planning and design to life. You will be managing inventory control, cost of goods sold, profit and loss reporting, and ensuring compliance with hazard analysis and critical control points and food safety across our back-of-house operations.

What will you do?
Design, prepare, and present high-quality dishes with creative flair
Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to hazard analysis and critical control points, and food safety
Collaborate and assist team members with various kitchen duties, as well as engaging guests to enhance the first-class guest dining experience
More about you
Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5, or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor certificate is beneficial
Proven experience with buffet and bulk food production service
Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roste
