We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Case Manager to join our dedicated team, supporting victim survivors of family violence. In this vital role, you will provide personalised case management to individuals and families, helping them access the support they need to live free from violence and rebuild their lives. About the Role:As a Case Manager, you will work directly with victim survivors—adults and children—who have experienced family violence. Your support will be trauma-informed, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. Key responsibilities include:Conducting comprehensive risk and needs assessmentsProviding crisis response and safety planningSupporting clients to develop life skills and access personal careAdvocating for access to housing, employment, education, and other essential servicesCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated support This is a meaningful opportunity to empower people to regain control, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
