About The Role
Making lives better and happier ageing are at the heart of what we do. We enable members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening or overnight to meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a premium care experience that is genuine, compassionate and personalised.
* Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship.
* Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
* Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

* Coachable.
* Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
* Reliable way to get to and from the client's home.
* Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
* National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector).
* Working With Children Check.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
* NDIS Clearance.
