What You'll Be Doing
* Provide care, companionship and emotional support to residents of the aged care home, helping them maintain independence and improve quality of life.
* Assist with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help at mealtimes and general mobility.
* Assist with medication and easy wound dressings.
* Support residents in community‐based recreational and social activities.

Who We're Looking For
* Ideally holding a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or an equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care while studying or recently qualified.
* Adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and able to live Uniting's everyday values of compassion, respect, imagination and boldness.
