This project homes builder is well established and has developed a great industry reputation across their 30+ years of operation. Currently building around 300 new homes a year, the time is now to join this tight-knit team within this busy, South-Western Sydney office.
As a Construction Customer Service Officer, you'll support customers throughout their build journey, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and accurate. You will work closely with construction supervisors, estimating, drafting, and trades to keep projects on track and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the construction, maintenance and warranty phases
* Provide updates on build progress, timelines, and variations
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow
* Prepare and manage documentation, contracts, and compliance paperwork
* Manage after-sales service requests and maintenance enquiries
* Ensure all communication is delivered with professionalism and care.
About You
* Experience in customer service within project homes or residential construction
* Sound knowledge of the construction process and warranty phase
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
* Experience with construction/CRM software (desirable)
