**About the role**:
As the Sales Coordinator you will work closely with Sales Personnel and other stakeholders to provide excellent support to customers and the business. You will be responsible for the timely and best value procurement of goods to meet client expectations. You will be supporting a very successful and highly driven amazing sales team as well as;
- Planning and prioritising sales support activities towards achieving agreed business aims, whilst managing your time and productivity;
- Ensuring efficient quotation and order facilitation, accurate maintenance of back-orders and managing business relationships;
- Ensuring the refresh of special deals when they are approaching the expiry date;
- Providing sales personnel and customers with reports at agreed times;
- Working positively to achieve great results for our customers;
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
**Requirements**:
You are a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys communicating and building relationships with customers and vendors. Top quality customer service is something you strive to achieve whilst also juggling day-to-day responsibilities. You must be able to problem solve and think outside of the box to find innovative and creative solutions to increase customer satisfaction. Being a go getter that works well in team is important at Datacom and in the Sales team, but you must also be able to carry the torch independently.
You will ultimately possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent customer/vendor relationship building and management skills
- Ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detailed with good organisational skills
- A team player but also have the ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and think outside of the box
