Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking commercial builder who prides themselves on their culture and their people, with good tenure and high-performing staff. They require an experienced senior PM to oversee a variety of commercial projects, with scope to lead this office!
Your new role
You will join as the main Project Manager for the region, in a role that is supported by three Contract Administrators. This role will encompass all aspects of project management, from project financials to client liaison and front-end design management for D&C; projects. You will be well recognised for your ability to delegate tasks and provide mentorship. You will take control of a portfolio of 3 projects at different stages of the lifecycle; a $17M education project, a training facility and a social housing project.
What you'll need to succeed
We require an experienced Project Manager with a successful track record, managing multiple projects valued from c.$5m - c.$20M in build cost. Experience delivering Education projects will be well regarded, along with other commercial construction experience such as health projects or Govt building infrastructure. Tertiary qualifications relevant to Construction Management or experience with a trade qualification, will all be well regarded.
