About the Role
Clarity Partners is proud to partner with a leading regional civil construction firm delivering major projects across Western Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the Regional Construction Division. You'll oversee and coordinate project operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while leading teams and managing client relationships on-site.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead pre-contract planning, programming, and execution of civil/road construction works.
* Provide hands-on leadership with a collaborative 'on-the-ground' presence.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and materials procurement.
* Oversee budget management, reporting, and accurate record-keeping.
* Support Construction Manager and Works Supervisors in scheduling and resourcing.
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while promoting brand awareness.
* Travel and work in regional locations on a 10:4 roster
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
* Minimum 5 years' civil/road construction experience in Western Australia.
* Strong planning, programming, and budgeting skills.
* Ability to safely deliver projects on the ground and exceed performance targets.
* High level of commitment, drive, and positive attitude.
* White Card and a valid driver's licence.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing required.
