We are seeking a Co-Clinical Director Emergency Medicine to work in a beautiful coastal region – MUST BE FACEM or FRACGP/FACRRM with >3 years post-Fellowship.

About You 
- FACEM or FACRRM/FRACGP with >3 years post-Fellowship experience 
- Strong leadership credentials with experience managing complex teams 
- Proven clinical expertise in emergency medicine, preferably with rural/regional experience

Eligibility 
- Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Specialist or with limited registration in Emergency Medicine with the Medical Board of Australia

- FACEM or FRACGP/FACRRM with >3 years post-Fellowship 
- Leadership experience in emergency medicine 
- Experience in rural or regional settings highly regarded 
- Commitment to integrated care, innovation, and workforce development
