Objective: We are seeking a skilled Rental Sales Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and coordination of rental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed proposals for equipment supply and manage customer sales inquiries in a timely manner
* Create and enter hire agreements, ensuring accurate off-hire documentation when agreements expire
* Collaborate with the team to identify equipment availability and coordinate supply arrangements
* Process purchase orders for associated equipment
* Coordinate with transport providers to ensure efficient delivery and pickup of equipment
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
