Front Desk Ambassador
A key contributor to our hotel's success, the Front Desk Ambassador is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests.
This role involves guiding guests through their stay, from smooth check-ins and check-outs to insights on local attractions and eateries.
Main Responsibilities
* Guest Reception
o Deliver exceptional service to guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in process while addressing any immediate inquiries or needs.
o Maintain clear communication with guests across various channels, including in-person, phone, and email, to provide top-notch service.
* Communication and Scheduling
o Process guest reservations, updates, and special requests accurately using property management systems to ensure scheduling efficiency.
o Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations.
Key Skills
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with property management systems and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
