Relief Medical Receptionist Job

This role involves managing complex patient bookings, delivering exceptional patient care, and handling inquiries from key stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for communicating with medical professionals, finalizing billing, and completing other essential support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
* Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
* Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers
* Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
* Finalize billing and other essential support tasks
