Contract position - initial 6 months, with ongoing extensions Cannon Hill office, established team, and close to public transport Supervisor for A/C Repair Replace Program in SEQ Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with contractors, schools, and supervisors to track A/C project progress across SEQ. Manage shared mailboxes and ensure timely follow-up on condition reports, repairs, and replacements. Deliver high-quality customer service and respond promptly to enquiries, calls, and emails. Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to support smooth service delivery. Prepare accurate documents, reports, and updates using systems like Ellipse and Microsoft Office. Support admin functions including quotes, scopes, tenders, and value-for-money checks on M&E works. Contribute to a positive team culture, show initiative, and help improve processes and procedures. Your Experience and Qualifications: Ideally possess 5 years of recent post-trade experience as an Electrician or HVAC technician Demonstrate previous Supervisory or Team leader capabilities Previous experience estimating in electrical or air conditioning field 'C' Class drivers license Construction Induction – white card Blue Card – working with children is an advantage (or willing to obtain) Capable providing technical advice to stakeholders Must be able to pass a criminal history check Company: A government organisation delivering building maintenance, construction, and project management services across Queensland.
