About the role The Coles Online Department helps get our online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans. Reporting to the Online Department Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the online department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community. About you and your skills Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team Take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs To be flexible with your afternoon and evening working hours To keep things simple and inspire customers by making sure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers Drive a one team culture that recognises and celebrates success What’s in it for you?
