Kay & Burton is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage all aspects of sales campaigns. You will work within a team environment to provide ongoing sales assistance to sales employees and enter property details accurately into our database.
Responsibilities
 * Provide sales assistance to sales employees by responding promptly to queries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring seamless customer service experiences.
 * Enter property details into our database with precision, accuracy and speed to ensure timely access to information for sales teams.
 * Develop marketing schedules for property marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and strategies.
 * Activate marketing schedules and secure print advertising spaces to effectively promote properties.
 * Manage internet property listings and social media marketing to maximize visibility and engagement.
 * Monitor and maintain sales admin operating system and compliance checks to guarantee data integrity and consistency.
 * Coordinate correspondence to solicitors and produce property reports in a professional and timely manner.
 * Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales team and drive business growth.
About you
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who can create a positive office environment. You will possess extensive experience in sales administration, advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite, ability to work independently and as part of a team, outstanding relationship and communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
