Job Summary

The Administration Manager will oversee the administration team to ensure productivity and performance meet business expectations.

* Supervise office operations to maintain an organized environment.
* Direct and lead by example to promote a productive team-based operation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure data entry, processing, and reporting tasks are attended to promptly and accurately.
* Oversee branch administration functions to comply with operational standards and KPIs.
* Liaise with the Branch Manager to identify and resolve any problems or issues.
* Attend to in-person customer queries to facilitate the best possible customer experience.


Requirements

* Experience supervising an office to maintain an organized environment.
* Ability to direct and lead by example to promote a productive team-based operation.
