Buro North is seeking an experienced Design Studio / Traffic Manager with a minimum 5 years' direct experience in a creative or design environment. Working across three offices, this role requires exceptional internal team coordination, ensuring projects move seamlessly from briefing to delivery. You'll manage studio workflow, traffic multiple concurrent projects, oversee timesheet management and reporting, and keep deadlines firmly on track. Highly proactive and solutions-focused, you thrive under pressure and can confidently corral diverse teams, balancing priorities while maintaining momentum. This is a pivotal role for someone organised, deadline-driven and committed to operational excellence within a fast-paced design studio.
This role could be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
