About the Role
The College Receptionist provides a professional, welcoming and efficient first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors to the College. Working collaboratively with College Leadership and administrative staff, the role delivers high-quality administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the College's front office.
The position plays a key role in supporting College operations through the coordination of communications, management of enquiries, student sign-in procedures and administrative processes, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times. As a valued member of the College community, the College Receptionist upholds the College's values, promotes a safe and respectful environment, and supports the wellbeing and engagement of students, staff and visitors.
