Structural Engineer Position
A key vacancy exists for a highly skilled Structural Design Specialist in Brisbane, QLD.
* Must hold at least a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
* 5 years' experience in structural engineering within a Queensland consultancy environment is essential.
* Proven experience in designing projects related to residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply Australian Standard design codes consistently.
* Sound knowledge in applying various software such as RC Buildings, Microstran or Spacegas, Ram Concept, Rapt, Slabs, PT 3D, ETABS and Microsoft Office.
* Outstanding presentation and communication skills are necessary for handling client affairs effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal skills are required for teamwork with draftspersons, engineers, architects and design managers.
