Who We Are

At Prudence Rehab, we don't just tick boxes—we rethink what occupational rehabilitation can look like. We're people-first, outcome-focused, and committed to creating lasting impact for our clients.

Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and transparency. From technology that makes your work easier, to tailored professional development and a culture that values balance, we invest in you—so you can make a meaningful difference.

This role is based in Canberra, with regular travel within a 1–3-hour radius required (1–3 times per week) offering the opportunity to connect with regional communities and adding variety to your week.. Along the way, you'll experience a wonderful mix of locations, from the snowfields to the south, the southern beaches along the coast, and vibrant regional centres in between. To support you, travel costs are reimbursed at the healthcare award rate, or a work vehicle can be considered if preferred.

* Flexibility that works for you – Shape your day and week around when you work best.
* Professional growth – Ongoing internal and external development opportunities.
* WFH options – A blend of remote, and on-the-road work.
* Wellness support – Wellness allowance, nutrition coaching, and wellbeing initiatives.
* 9-day fortnights – More time for life outside of work.
* Summer Friday's – 3pm Friday finishes during summer to enjoy a little more time in the sun
* Parental leave + super contributions – Supporting you beyond the workplace.
* Extra leave perks – Birthday leave, loyalty leave, volunteer leave, and the option to purchase more.
