This role is based in Canberra, with regular travel within a 1–3-hour radius required (1–3 times per week) offering the opportunity to connect with regional communities and adding variety to your week.. Along the way, you'll experience a wonderful mix of locations, from the snowfields to the south, the southern beaches along the coast, and vibrant regional centres in between. To support you, travel costs are reimbursed at the healthcare award rate, or a work vehicle can be considered if preferred.

The Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services that empower clients to regain confidence and return to work.
You'll be involved in:
* Case management and stakeholder engagement.
* Conducting in-person and remote assessments (workplace, ergonomic, functional assessments).
* Wellness initiatives & pre-employment screenings.
* Case conferences and client meetings.
* Delivery of single services, assessments, and health programs.
* Collaborative projects such as injury prevention and job dictionary development.
About You
You're passionate about helping people rebuild their lives and confident in your ability to make an impact.
* You align with our mission, values, and purpose.
* Experience in occupational rehab is preferred.
* You're a strong communicator who builds genuine relationships with clients, employers, and insurers.
* Willingness to travel to regional areas at least once per week.
* You're registered with AHPRA or ESSA.
