As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. Pay: $32.43 - $36.53 + casual loading + super.
Responsibilities
* Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engaging and supervising the children at all times
* Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements
* ACECQA approved early childhood qualification (or equivalent)
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
* Willing to travel between other local services
* Flexible availability between Monday–Friday, 6:30 am – 6:30 pm
