What You’ll Be Doing Providing evidence-informed speech therapy for children and adolescents, and family support. Designing engaging, individualised therapy that reflects each person’s communication goals and strengths. Using Multimodal communication (including AAC) to support connection, advocacy and engagement. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team who genuinely values your ideas and expertise. Maintaining clear, organised and compliant documentation in line with best practice and Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) requirements. Building trusting, respectful relationships with families, educators and community partners. Facilitating individual and small-group sessions that support communication, social participation and confidence. What We’re Looking For (Essentials) Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology. SPA registration. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience (more is welcome) with strong assessment and intervention skills. A passion for neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, inclusive practice. A growth mindset and commitment to evidence-informed therapy. Clear communication skills and a client-centric approach. Willingness to collaborate with therapists, educators and community partners. Strong proficiency in producing accurate and timely reports. Drivers licence a valid Working with Children’s Check.
