About the role
As a Concierge Clerk at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, you are an extension of the legendary service culture and a trusted ambassador for our guests. Your role supports the Concierge team in delivering highly personalised, anticipatory service that reflects the Four Seasons commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
* Provide personalised assistance and recommendations to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
* Arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation and other services, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.
* Serve as a knowledgeable resource on local attractions, events and points of interest.
* Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring seamless experiences.
* Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem‐solving skills.
* Maintain accurate records, logs and reports, ensuring that all information is documented meticulously.
* Foster positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and providing a level of service that reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality.
* Stay updated on industry trends, local events and new attractions to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
* Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high‐end hospitality environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and entertainment options.
* Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software.
* Demonstrated problem‐solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
