Senior Air Logistics Coordinator position with KBR Government Solutions. This contingent role supports the Security Solutions team delivering high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and security communities. The role is contingent upon contract award and may be onsite in Alice Springs.

Who You Are
You're a seasoned and detail-driven Air Logistics Coordinator with advanced expertise in managing air transport operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods. You excel at coordinating flights, handling freight, tracking shipments, and managing inventory to ensure timely deliveries. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills help you navigate complex logistics challenges in fast-paced environments.

You are known for overseeing multiple projects, collaborating with internal and external teams, and implementing efficient logistics strategies that ensure the seamless flow of goods and services aligned with KBR's mission of delivering innovative and dependable solutions for mission-critical operations.
Responsibilities
* Maintains documentation to record all issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals of property in accordance with approved property accountability procedures for USG property.
* Ensures material and equipment are catalogued to a standard nomenclature in automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) to enhance tracking, reordering, and excess identification processes.
* Conducts weekly stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable.
* Creates and maintains a Critical Spares Inventory of parts essential to mission activities and stock items accordingly.
Qualifications
* Must be a US
* Must have a Secret Clearance
* Must have a minimum of five years of logistics experience on large contract.
* Must have a minimum of seven years of MILAR Cargo experience.
* Must have one of the following certifications: USAF Hazardous Materials - Preparer LCAZP2T051, Navy Supply Corps School TRANS HAZMAT Course, or Defense Ammunition Training Center AMMO-62 course.
* Must have USAF GATES and GDSS experience (Note: USAF Loadmaster is ).
* Must have experience building L463L Pallets.
* Location: This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
Desired Qualifications
* Retired USAF E7/E8.
