The Job
* Coordinate activities with fleet drivers
* Order raw materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, and additive chemicals
* Implement safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
* Supervise yard housekeeping, maintenance, and plant operations
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage costs and raise purchase orders
Responsibilities
* Lead or supervise teams in a similar role
* Strong communication and leadership skills are required
* Flexibility to cover multiple responsibilities across the plant is essential
* FEL licence and forklift licence are highly regarded
* A commitment to a culture of safety and zero harm is expected
