That said, its not time to expand our operation and cover more of the transaction. We are therefore on the hunt for conveyancers who can work autonomously, handle files from start to finish and bring the highest level of customer service to the craft that is, conveyancing.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Conveyancer to join our team in and around Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. As a Conveyancer you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and advising on legal property documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role includes liaising with clients, vendors, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth real estate transactions. Additional tasks include providing expert legal consulting, resolving property-related legal issues, and overseeing disclosure processes to completion.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Law, particularly in property and real estate
* Proficiency in Legal Consulting, with expertise in providing advice to clients and stakeholders
* Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including reviewing, drafting, and ensuring compliance
* Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and legal professionals
* Ability to identify and resolve Legal Issues promptly and accurately
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to adhere to strict timelines
* Familiarity with property law regulations, including upcoming or recent legal developments, is an advantage
* Relevant qualifications in Law, Conveyancing, or related fields are required
