Great Southern Fuel Supplies Pty Ltd is currently seeking a motivated Casual Yard Person to join our growing team in Geraldton WA.
Great Southern Fuel Supplies Pty Ltd is a family-owned Australian company specialising in bulk fuel and lubricant distribution across regional Western Australia. Established in 1976, it has grown from a one-truck operation into one of the state's most recognised regional fuel suppliers, partnering with BP and Castrol to serve agriculture, mining, transport, and industrial clients.
With increased sales and expanding operations, this role has been created to support our Oils division and assist with day-to-day yard activities.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone looking to build skills and develop experience in the oils industry. You will receive training in the oils side of the business while supporting daily yard operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Learning and assisting with oils operations
* Supporting oils sales and distribution activities
* Weekly bulk oil pump ins to customer tanks on their premises
* General yard maintenance and housekeeping
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Operating forklifts and MR vehicles as required
* Current Forklift License (LF) preferred but not essential
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Reliable and able to work independently
