We are seeking an operations-focused Senior Resource Definition Geologist to join our client's successful drilling programme. In this role, you will lead drilling operations, coordination and logistics, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with operational and resource development priorities.Working closely with geology, mining, and drilling contractors, you will play a key role in optimising drilling performance, improving workflows, and ensuring high-quality data is captured to support ongoing resource development.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading the planning, scheduling, and day‐to‐day coordination of underground and surface drilling programsManaging drilling contractors to ensure safe, efficient, cost‐effective executionAligning drilling activities with geology, mining, and operational prioritiesMonitoring performance, progress, and costs, driving continuous improvementEnsuring compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulationsOverseeing sample collection and dispatch to maintain data quality and timelinessResolving operational issues to minimise downtime and maximise productivitySupporting timely delivery of drilling data for geological interpretationMentoring and guiding junior team members in field coordination and activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Geology or Earth SciencesWHS Risk Management certification (or ability to obtain)7+ years' experience in resource definition or exploration geologyProven experience coordinating and delivering resource definition drilling programs3+ years in WA Gold miningThis is a fantastic chance for a driven geologist to join an already very successful drilling programme.#J-18808-Ljbffr
