People and Culture Leader
The College seeks a visionary People and Culture Leader to spearhead strategic workforce initiatives, driving organisational development aligned with the institution's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Executive team to form and implement staff engagement and development strategies, ensuring alignment with the College's purpose and cultural behaviours.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, fostering a positive work environment that supports the College's values and purpose.
3. Provide facilitative support in recruitment, advising staff and leadership on HR matters, including training and development opportunities.
4. Be available to address critical HR issues as they arise, working closely with senior management and colleagues to provide solutions.
