Back of House Assistant
Your role supports delivering great customer experiences from the stock room to the selling floor. You will be fast, accurate, and efficient, handling all back‐of‐house activities with a high level of attention to detail and strong energy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Back of House Manager/Supervisor with handling deliveries, maintaining order and tidiness of the back‐of‐house area, and preventing stock loss.
* Assist the sales team with product queries and customer requests, collecting requested footwear styles/sizes and delivering them to the shop floor on time.
* Ensure Back of House standards are maintained in line with company expectations.
* Ensure products are priced and tagged correctly.
* Assist with maintaining shop‐floor standards by replenishing stock levels when needed, ensuring all size ranges are available.
* Work under the guidance of the Store Manager and Back of House Management team to achieve KPIs and targets.
Qualifications
* Customer service experience within retail, hospitality or a similar industry.
* Experience working in a Back of House or Warehouse environment is favourable, but not essential.
* Positive can‐do attitude.
* Strong organisational and operational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Thrives in a fast‐paced, ever‐changing environment.
* Ability to view challenges as opportunities for personal development and skill improvement.
* Strong communication skills and a team‐oriented mindset.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
