What is the role?
- General administrative duties
- Customer facing role - Checking in guests, taking bookings and ad hoc reception duties
- Assist in maintaining accurate records
- Support the front and back of house teams in a busy regional venue
- Experience with bookings systems
- RSA and RSG
Do you measure up?
Are you a hospitality veteran with at least 2-3 years experience, plus:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
