An opportunity has opened up for an experienced and polished **Store Manager** that values the importance of customer connection, training and development of the team and reaching sales and KPIs budgets.
**The Role**
- Providing high standards of customer service
- Deliver exceptional leadership abilities to motivate, coach and train your team
- Undertake operational activities including rostering, stock management, VM and recruitment
- Achieving and exceed personal and team KPI targets
- Identify, communicate and resolve loss prevention issues
- Drive policy and procedure within the team.
**About you**
- Previous retail management experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI's
- A motivational leadership style that creates a harmonious work environment
- Proven ability in training and development, rostering/wages, stock loss management and Visual Merchandising
- Proven record in driving performance through KPI's
- Outstanding verbal and written skills
- An understanding of all in-store retail operations
