We have a 10 days on and 4 days off roster making it easier to explore the amazing East Kimberley region. 1st weekend is only 8am to 12pm and the 2nd weekend is 4 days off. Total of 76hr per fortnight.
We have a full time permanent position available for immediate start.
About the role
We require someone with DIY or trade knowledge, who is happiest when helping people create solutions to their questions in these areas.
You will have responsibility for an area of the shop floor, and will need to maintain a high standard of stock management and presentation.
You must be fit and able to do deliveries of house hold gas bottles. A forklift ticket is highly desirable and a Class C drivers licence is essential.
You must be a great team player, who communicates and supports your team mates.
The successful candidate will be expected to be WHS aware and support the team to provide a safe environment for all customers and staff.
This role will report directly to seniors sales staff and the business owners on a regular basis.

* Proven knowledge of DIY, handyman or trade
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
* A team-oriented and flexible approach to work, with the willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
* A positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine interest in helping customers
* A good level of physical fitness
* Class C drivers licence is essential
* Fork lift ticket is desirable
