About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Laser & Skin Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll deliver top-tier care to clients, providing services from laser hair removal to advanced skin treatments.
Your key responsibilities include conducting consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and recommending products tailored to each client's needs. Every client experience should leave them feeling confident, cared for, and eager to return.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* A Diploma in Beauty Therapy is required.
* You must be able to exceed individual sales targets and meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to inspire, motivate, and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of clinic operations and client satisfaction.
* Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is preferred but not essential.
